The brief
We agree the schedule with the school or committee: arrival times, portrait station, how long we stay.
Setup
We arrive early, light the arrival point and build the portrait station before the first car pulls in.
Arrivals
Every learner and every couple is photographed on arrival, properly lit, not caught in passing.
The evening
Portraits, friendship groups and the dance floor, covered through the night.
Delivery
A private gallery goes live within days so families can view, download and order prints.
How we work
We work with schools, committees and parent groups to plan coverage against the evening schedule, arriving before the first car and staying through the dance floor. For larger events we add a second photographer so arrivals and the portrait station run at the same time without a queue.
We are based in Fourways, Johannesburg and produce across South Africa, from Gauteng to Cape Town and Durban. We also travel internationally, with client work produced in Qatar and Dubai. Travel is quoted transparently as part of every proposal.
