What clients say
On behalf of the Southern African Society for Veterinary Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine (SASVEPM); thank you sincerely for capturing such beautiful moments of the #SASVEPM2026 Congress with your lens. Your artistry, patience, and keen eye brought our event to life in a way words cannot fully express. The Welcoming, Congress and Gala Dinner photos are amazing. Each photograph tells a story, and together they preserve memories we will cherish for years to come. We deeply appreciate the dedication and professionalism you brought to this work.

Why brands trust MediaManiaK
One brief, one team, one invoice
The real problem with conference content is supplier coordination. We remove it. Photography, film, broadcast and same-day content run off one production plan with one production manager.
We have run the programme before
Parallel breakaway sessions, keynote overruns, sponsor deliverables, delegate portraits between sessions. None of it is a surprise, so none of it derails the day.
Content that survives the event
Session recordings, a highlight film, a delegate content library and a stills gallery. The conference keeps working for your marketing long after the room empties.
The experience
How a MediaManiaK production runs, from first brief to final delivery.
Brief
We start with the event, the brand and the objective. What has to come out of this, and who it is for.
Production Planning
We scope the crew, equipment, venue requirements and schedule, and confirm all of it in writing.
Event Execution
Our team runs the production on site, managing the technical and creative work so you can run your event.
Post Production
Editing, colour, audio and graphics are completed to a defined standard, not left to chance.
Delivery
You receive finished, brand-ready assets in the formats your teams actually need.
Production capability
Conference production is a scale problem before it is a creative one. We plan the crew against your programme, session by session, and field teams that typically run from four to twelve people across camera, audio, photography, technical direction and on-site editing. A production manager holds the schedule, coordinates with your organiser and the venue AV team, and is accountable for every deliverable on the list. You get one point of contact for the whole production.
We are based in Fourways, Johannesburg and produce across South Africa, from Gauteng to Cape Town and Durban. We also travel internationally, with client work produced in Qatar and Dubai. Travel is quoted transparently as part of every proposal.
